Cancellations

All children from 4 to 14 years are charged GBP 15.00 per night and person when using existing bedding. All children under 3 years stay free of charge for cots. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.

Access statement:
Can-Y-Bae is a Grade II listed building within the conservation area of a heritage town. There are therefore access restrictions within the building that we cannot alter, modify or change without causing damage to, or destroying the original features and fabric of the building.

There are 5 steps from the kerbside to the front door of the hotel with a substantial handrail to the right hand side. There are 14 steps down from the ground floor to the restaurant (with handrail).

Most rooms have lift access. Certain single and twin rooms do not have lift access.
