The Kingsview Guest House is a victorian town house built in 1853 and is located in the very heart of our beautiful historic city centre opposite The Kings Theatre. We are members of the Scottish Tourist Board and The Edinburgh & Lothian Tourist Board. We have been awarded two crowns and are well on our way to our third crown. We hold a full fire certificate. The Kingsview Guest House is warm, clean and comfortable with great friendly staff.
