The Clubhouse Hotel is Located in the Residential West End of Aberdeen. It is however only a short walk away from Union Street which is the main shopping, dining and night life area of Aberdeen. The hotel is also in the ideal location for exploring the many tourist areas (Royal Deeside, Castles and Whisky trails) Grampian has to offer. The Clubhouse also offers a central base for the many great golf courses we have in the area. Within the Hotel we have the Clubhouse Bar where we show all the major sporting events and where we showcase some of the best local bands on a Friday Night. Bar suppers are served between 6pm and 9pm Tuesday to Saturday. No food is available on a Sunday or Monday. The Hotel is completely non smoking in line with the Scottish Smoking ban. Aberdeen, often called The Granite City, is Scotland's third largest city, with a population of 212,125. Aberdeen is the chief commercial centre and seaport in the north-east of Scotland. The city is often referred to as the Oil Capital of Europe thanks to becoming, in the 1970s, a major service base for the extraction of crude oil in the North Sea. The city forms the Aberdeen City unitary council area, and it is surrounded by the Aberdeenshire council area. It mostly stands between the mouths of the rivers Don and Dee.
