Built in 1910 as a charming Edwardian gentleman's residence, the hotel offers a true haven of tranquillity and a relaxed country house atmosphere. Many of the 21 bedrooms have been recently refurbished, each individually styled to provide maximum comfort and convenience during your stay. With different shapes and sizes to suit all requirements, the rooms all benefit from en suite bath and/or shower rooms, the facilities listed in "room descriptions" as well as fluffy cotton towels. We are a beautiful Victorian, family-run guest-house in South Oxford. Located just half a mile from the city centre, a 10 minute walk to many of Oxford's historic buildings. The White Horse Inn is a charming 17th Century coaching inn set in the delightful village of Duns Tew. The hotel is on the eastern edge of the Cotswolds. With the low beams and original flagstone floors, combined with the open fire and relaxed atmosphere, this is a special place to stay. Stay in one of our eight rooms, all en-suite, with tea and coffee making facilities, colour television & air conditioning/heating. With the rooms being in renovated stables to the side of the inn, it gives all of our guests privacy and freedom.
