This 400 year old coaching inn is located south of Leicester on the old A6, in the village of Great Glen. The privately-run inn has rooms, a lounge, a bar and separate à la carte restaurant (open from 31 October 2007). This quiet location (the village is bypassed) is only 15 minutes away from Leicester city centre, and 10 minutes from Market Harborough.

Welcome to the Abinger Guest House. All 8 guest rooms are fully equipped with wash basins, T.V.'s with freeview, refrigerators, complimentary beverages and hairdryers. Our 17 mattresses are all new and of very high quality, and room furnishings are stylish and contemporary. Internal decor is of a high standard throughout. (No rooms are en-suite). We are frequently complimented on the quality of our full English breakfasts - included in the room rate. Our Orange Juice and mushrooms are fresh, our eggs are free range and all other produce is the best we can buy. On street parking is extensive and available immediately outside the front door.

The Stoneycroft Hotel is a family-run establishment, only a few minutes' walk from the city centre. At the Stoneycroft Hotel, you're assured a warm welcome. Friendly staff are available to help make your stay both memorable and enjoyable. The hotel is comprised of 43 rooms of varying sizes, each with colour television, tea/coffee making facilities, clock radios and direct dial telephones. All of the rooms have full en suite facilities, with some located on the ground floor for those of us who are less agile than we'd like to be. Most also offer free Wi-Fi.

The Mill is situated in 5 acres of Leicestershire countryside and within these glorious grounds we have two rivers and a fishing lake which is available for corporate days and events. There are several bridges and plenty of stunning views and scenery. Within the hotel itself, we have a working watermill in our dining area that is naturally propelled by the River Soar. Fireplace dining, a secluded seating area and a well-stocked bar are also on offer. You can unwind on our Millstream garden patio or make full use of our huge 300-seater family patio, equipped with a playground and a children's adventure zone. Our main function suites, the Riverside and Lakeside can cater for up to 180 people and we specialise in tailor-made wedding receptions.

Built in 2002 The Lodge Guest House is an attractive, modern friendly concern offering our guests a homely atmosphere. Situated in the village of Thurmaston, just off the A.607 and close to the A.46 it has easy access to Leicester City Centre and the M.1. A small family run Guest House with four guest bedrooms, offering single, double, twin and family rooms, some en-suite available. Our guests have full use of a pleasant dining room where a full English breakfast is served, a comfortable lounge to relax in, opening onto the patio area and the use of a fully fitted kitchen to prepare a snack or make an extra cup of tea or coffee should they wish to. The rear garden has a patio area with table and chairs. Ample car parking space is available.
