Owned and managed by the O'Hara family for four generations, the Brown Trout Golf and Country Inn offers comfortable, friendly accommodation in one of the most beautiful parts of Ireland. All of our rooms are serviced daily, all rates include full breakfast served in the hotel. Breakfast is available until lunchtime, so if you want to relax, just lie in. The rooms are very accessible and are graded Category 1 Disability Access by the Tourist Board. At the Brown Trout Inn, you can keep fit in our new gym, enjoy fishing, go horse riding or play golf on our own nine hole course. Golf lessons are available by the resident P.G.A. Professional. The Brown Trout Golf & Country is the perfect base to enjoy golf on the North Coast of Ireland. Golf Courses, such as the Royal Portrush, Portstewart and Castlerock, can be reached within half an hour's drive. The coastline is rugged and beautiful. There are countless natural attractions like the Giant's Causeway and the Glens of Antrim, the Antrim Coast Road and the mighty sea cliffs at Binevenagh. Derry City and Limavady are only half an hour to the west and Coleraine, Portrush, Portstewart and Ballycastle the same distance to the east. We are convenient to the shops, riverside/forest walks, fishing, horse-riding, golf, watersports or visiting the famous Giants Causeway, Old Bushmills Distillery, Carrick-a-rede rope Bridge and our beautiful beaches while touring the Causeway Coast, only a 10 minute drive away.
