In all the hotels I have stayed at I have never had to check out untill 12 at the earliest.,I think checkout time is to early and Sunday breakfast finished far to early.

Courteous at all times and very efficient. Room was clean and nicely decorated. TV and a kettle provided, with housekeeping bringing an iron shortly after it being requested.
