we stayed at the hotel last year when we went to ascot races so we knew that the hotel was close to where we were going and it was nice and clean and the staff very helf full there was a special thank you to one of the staff she was the manager on the friday night(27TH JULY 2007)i didnt get her name but i would like to thank her for getting my husbands shirt washed and dryed for me as there is no dry cleaning over the weeked and she took the shirt and dealt with it very quick and with no fuss, so thank you"

Very happy with reception and late bar staff, although breakfast serving staff were hard to pin down. We seemed to be sat at the 'invisible table'!
