Mattress was very soft and offered no support. Was unhappy that we had to pay upon arrival as would have withdrawn payment or contested it after seeing room and standard of accomodation,"Excellent location but standard of accomodation was poor considering the money paid. Room was small, for a double and bathroom was very disappointing as it seemed to just be like an under stair cupboard. Shower curtain was dirty/stained and the mattress on the bed was very soft and unsupportive. Staff were as helpful as they could be but with the hotel being fully booked there was no alternative available."
