This Victorian railway hotel is in the town centre, opposite Huddersfield Rail Station and 0.75 miles from Galpharm Stadium. It has free parking and the UK’s only Rugby League museum. The George Hotel was built in 1851 and has original features and traditional charm. In 1895, it hosted the meeting that founded Rugby League.
