We are within easy reach of the NEC, NAC, Coventry, Warwick and Warwick University (accessible by a regular 15 minute bus journey directly on to campus) Our four star rating from Visit Britain reflects the warm welcome, high standards and comfort guests may expect. Built in 1900, it retains all it's intimate charm and atmosphere whilst providing the modern facilities expected in a superior guest house . Six of our bedrooms are ensuite whilst the seventh has its own private shower room just a couple of steps along the landing. All of our rooms have Egyptian cotton bed linen, free wireless broadband facility, colour TV, hospitality trays, shaver points and hair driers.There is a comfortable Resident's TV lounge and separate dining room where a good selection of hot and cold breakfast fayre is served every morning.
