The Fleece Inn dates back to the early eighteenth century as an inn for travellers. Full of original period features such as old oak beams and fireplaces etc. Four poster beds, residents lounge with TV, music and internet access. Famous for award winning food drink and service The Fleece Inn Dolphinholme serves food of the highest standard, prepared with the finest local ingredients and expertise - the menu always features many specials on the board. As of December 2008, Mike and Zoe are the new landlords of the Fleece having had many happy years at the Kings Arms at Burton in Kendal and they look forward to meeting friends old and new.
