Plain, light & airy, spotlessly clean. The room was relatively small with a huge bed and wonderful matress for someone who has a back problem. None of the shabby decor one gets tortured with in english guest houses so often. The hot water in the shower lasted for one and a half person (we were two). Best english breakfast I ever had. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We didn't try neither TV nor internet though. The guest house is situated between Warwick and Leamington, so both towns are relatively close and easy to access.
