Overlooking both Hope & Crow Parks with excellent views to Catbells and the Derwent fells. Quietly but centrally located only three minute walk from the town, Theatre and Derwentwater Lake. 28 en-suite rooms most with views of the parks, Skiddaw mountain or the town. Private well lit tarmac car park for 25 cars. We also have a bar and a dinning room serving a three course meal each evening. The menu changes daily. Through out the year we offer 3, 5 or 7 night DB&B breaks. Privately owned and family run. Probably one of the best locations with some of the best views in the Lake District.
