Ideally located just 10 minutes from Newark/A1 and some 6 miles from the historic City of Lincoln. Our location provides easy access to local restaurants, the A46 and the Newark and Swinderby antique fair sites. We have ample off-road private parking and remain open all year. This smart guest house enjoys a convenient location just off the A46 Lincoln bypass, ten minutes south of the city centre. Bedrooms individually decorated and thoughtfully equipped.
