The 4 star, silver-rated Guesthouse East B&B in Eastbourne has been awarded first place in the Independent's Top 50 B&Bs! Self catering accommodation with the option of bed and breakfast that is contemporary yet laid back, stylish yet comfortable-the ideal place to escape with family, friends or someone special. In a beautiful Grade II-listed Regency villa, just 50m from the seafront and a short walk to the Devonshire Park and Congress theatres and Towner Art Gallary, our six modern suites are designed to the highest standards with kitchens, spacious bathrooms and luxurious bedrooms. And if you don't fancy cooking, opt for bed and breakfast for a touch of pampering. Several of our larger suites are family friendly with double futons, fold out beds or sofa beds for the children. CYCLIST & WALKER FRIENDLY EASTBOURNE ACCOMMODATION: Eastbourne is just a mile from Beachy Head, Belle Tout, Seven Sisters and the South Downs National Park and Sovereign Harbour is just down the road. We're walker and cyclist friendly with a drying room and bike store. Packed lunches & bike hire also available. As well as kitchens in the suites, each room has its own ensuite bathroom and, of course, the usuals for 4 star, boutique accommodation: TV/DVD player, free WiFi, hairdryer, fluffy white towels and toiletries. We also provide a selection of complimentary teas (including herbal) and coffees – and little luxuries, like biscuits, choccies and even sweeties in rooms… well, you deserve it! They are ideal for self-catering, but we also offer delicious breakfasts for those preferring a b&b style break.
