We cater for Families and Couples. Bed and breakfast, tasty home cooked evening meals, licensed bar, conservatory with sea views and sunny patio. All rooms are en-suite with hairdryer, television with freeview, towels, complimentary toiletries, coffee & tea making facilities and iron and ironing board also avaliable. Excellent location with lovely views over Gynn Gardens, Queens Promenade and the Irish Sea. Free on street parking with a very reasonable price public car park right opposite. Prices start from £20 per person per night. We offer a discount for 4 or more consecutive nights and for children under 15 with under 5's free of charge. We are a family run Guesthouse and pride ourselves on our cleanliness and hospitality, we offer a warm welcome to all our guests.
