Hello! from Neil & Lesley. We are located just 2 and a half miles from Edinburgh City Centre with an excellent bus service. If travelling by car or motorbike we have free and private off street parking. There are six bedrooms, made up of a family room, a triple room, doubles and twins and all are en-suite with showers. They have a hairdryer, TV, and tea/coffee making facilities. Free WiFi is available. And with your own front door key, there is no evening curfew and all day access. Breakfast is freshly cooked for you and is a traditionally Scottish one, which includes Haggis! And there are some have beautiful views towards landmarks such as Arthur's Seat, The Royal Observatory. The Braid Hills and The Hermitage of Braid are just five minutes from our guest house with some beautiful scenery and some lovely walks.
