A former large Victorian family home, now a good quality 'Bed & Breakfast' hotel, fully refurbished and modernized. The Hotel is family run, has a genuine welcoming, caring friendly atmosphere and hospitality. We are long established and perfectly located in the heart of London, in a wide and pleasant tree lined avenue just 50 metres from beautiful Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens. Paddington Rail and Bus/Tube station is just 40 metres away (2 minutes walk) giving very easy access to all parts of London and only 15 minutes away from Heathrow Airport (by the new fast rail link). Oxford Street, Kensington High Street, Knightsbridge and the many museums are all within easy reach by walk or public transport as are Piccadilly Circus and the Royal Palaces etc, etc.
