Hotel SummaryEildon is a traditional Scottish Georgian townhouse. Built in 1802 and formerly part of Bonthron's farm, the house was rescued from a derelict condition in 1993 by the present owner. Eildon B&B is grade 2 listed by Historic Scotland. Located in the old fishing town of Musselburgh, the Bed and Breakfast is only 5.5 miles East of Edinburgh's city centre. There is an excellent frequent bus service to Edinburgh City Centre and Free Car Parking. There are lovely walks nearby at the river and the beach. Eve personally welcomes you and trys to ensure that you enjoy your stay in her family home. Whether you are visiting on vacation or a business trip, every effort is made to ensure your comfort with warm Scottish hospitality, information and advice. We accept a maximum of 6 guests and are therefore better able to provide for guests needs. This is one of the advantages over a Hotel or Guesthouse stay.
