Liz and I (Tony ) are proud of our guest house, where there is always a warm and friendly welcome. We are ideally located in West Edinburgh on the Queensferry Road ( A90 ) with easy access to the airport and city centre ( 1 mile ), There is an excellent bus service from our front door to the centre of Edinburgh. Guests are welcome to leave their cars in our car park. Our enclosed garden can be enjoyed by our guests. The south facing conservatory leads from both the lounge and the dining room. It makes an ideal setting for either breakfast or relaxing after a days sight seeing. All bedrooms are en-suite, except one which has private facilities. All rooms have free view TV, tea & coffee making facilities, free access to Wi-Fi. We offer a full range of breakfast choices catering for all tastes.
