This long established City Cenre B&B is a victorian town house built in 1853 and located within easy distance of most places of interest in this historic City of Edinburgh. The Kings Theatre. is a few minutes walk down the road while the Castle and Princes Street are about ten minutes walk away. Ruary and Aileen Muirhead, who previously owned B&Bs in Crail and Kirkcudbright, run Kingsview to three star standards and offer warm, clean and comfortable accommodation at a reasonable rate. All the guest bedrooms have en-suite facilities, Digital TVs with Freeview, courtesy tray, hairdryer, radio/alarm and ironing facitlity. A splendid full Scottish Breakfast Iwith vegetarian options) is served in the ground floor dining room and provides Guests with a good start towards exploring the splendours of Edinburgh. Kingsview rent limited parking at a neighbour which is offered with our compliments on a "first ask/first come basis" but secure parking options are available within 157 meters while pay-and-display and street parking is unrestricted overnight and at weekends. Edinburgh itself will probably need very little introduction with the Castle, Festivals, Tattoo, Princes Street and the Forth Railway Bridge as worldwide known icons.
