We would like to welcome you to our home and garden, which is located on a quiet terrace in a conservation area of the City, but only five minutes down to the centre. We are on the south side of the Law Hill with views over the River Tay and closely situated to both Universities and also Dundee College. The Hotel is Licensed for residents and functions.Our reputation is based on cleanliness, personal attention and freshly prepared good home cooking by Barbara and Douglas whose well known speciality is Aberdeen Angus Steaks. |

It is situated just over 4 miles east of Forfar on the Forfar - Montrose road (B9113). Ample car parking space is available (at guests' risk). Oaklands is situated at the East Coast of Scotland in between Dundee and Aberdeen in the magnificent Angus region. The guest house is a short walk away from the Town Centre of Montrose, and has an off-street parking available for our guests. Every room has colour TV with remote control, wash hand basin, shower, toilet, hairdryer, showergel, shampoo, handsoap, towels, coffee and tea, sweets, cookies, radio/alarmclock and a tourist information map.
