Situated in the picturesque Lake District town of Windermere, Orrest Cottage is a 19th-century property which specialises in walking and biking activities. Free Wi-Fi and bike storage are provided, and staff can advise on walking or climbing routes. The double rooms include a TV and tea and coffee making facilities, along with an en suite bathroom. Orrest Cottage also offers a loft-style suite with a separate lounge, flat-screen TV, iPod docking station, a coffee machine and two shower rooms. In the mornings, a hearty Lakeland breakfast is served. It is prepared using ingredients sourced from local farms and suppliers.
