I Found The Hotel Very Clean, But Not Warm And...
I found the Hotel very clean, but not warm and inviting. I am not a fan of the ultra modern, or Austin Powers hip design. It was different. Strange to see and experience in Cheltenham. It would be right at home in South Beach, Miami. The interior design cannot be classed as close to luxury, so the prices are too high in my opinion. 75 GBP equates to $150.00. Like to like with a US Hotel there is no comparison. If the idea was to convert old Council offices into a Hotel in the most cost effective way, i.e. white paint and Formica, then you have achieved what you set out to do. I would look to see how many repeat Guests you get to see if you need to change ideas on Decor."
