The golf course is located on the southern slope of the Gwendraeth valley and set amist a woodland area with tremendous views in all directions. An extensive tree planting program has taken place throughout the course which is characterised by its wide undulating fairways. The 18 hole par 72 course is 6173 yards in length and has been built to international standards. The course is kept in excellent condition by our experienced ground keeping staff. Our superb 4,000 square foot clubhouse, constructed in 1999, will cater to all your needs both before and after golfing.

In 1992 Llanelli were founder members of the LoW finishing in 14th position at their first attempt. Since this time the club has endured relegation and been promoted back; the Stebonheath Ground where it prospered under the management of maverick boss Leighton James. Despite finishing fifth in their first season Llanelli opted to sack manager Leighton James in May 2000. During the following weeks John Lewis was appointed only to be replaced by Gary Proctor late in the 2000-01 season. The club avoided relegation only because no South Wales side applied for promotion.
