Peace And Quiet
We spent three nights at School Lodge. It was very peaceful and we were looked after well. The breakfasts were of ample proportions and the evening meal was of the good home cooking variety, again a good plateful of meat and vegetables.

Julie was very welcoming, cooked us a lovely evening meal and breakfast was just as good. Sunrise twin was was excellent for my mobility problems. Was the best of b&b whilst touring Suffolk and Norfolk. Would defintely stay again.

Our Stay At School Lodge
My wife and i stayed at school lodge for 1 week and we enjoyed every minuite.

Julie made us feel very welcome and was so helpfull when we visited the many attractions in this area.

We are really looking forward to returning in the future.

If you are looking for a nice clean place to stay, with friendly people, good food and peace and quiet then i would highly recomend School Lodge.

Enjoyed
The two annex rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable and the linen good. Decoration a little tired. Both had their own garden area, which we made good use of. Pleased one room had a fridge/freezer, very useful. Breakfasts good. Hosts friendly.Only drawback, one annex room had french doors and ventilating grills but no windows, which made

it rather warm in the heat wave we experienced. If we may suggest a fan for this

room? We would go back to this B&B.

Very Nice Place :)
Ideally situated in the middle of the Norfolk Broads. We stayed in what used to be the classroom in the former school that the owners turned lovingly into a B&B. Plenty of space in the room plus a private little garden space out front. If you like nature, Strumpshaw Fen nature reserve is not far and a great place to see otters, birds and butterflies (our thanks to Julie the owner for pointing us in the direction).

Weekend Break
Lovely accommodation and delicious breakfast. Our host was really friendly and helpful. Was unable to get WiFi in our room but was assured that it usually works. We would definitely recommend this B & B the gardens too are delightful. Will stay there again.

Feedback From May 2013
We enjoyed staying in the peaceful countryside away from the hustle and bustle of life. The location is ideally suited to trips out to the Broads, sampling locally brewed real ale, cyclying and walking. At the school Lodge it was intriguing to discover its history as the past village school. Breakfast was freshly made to order with fine produce. We didn't try the evening meal, however, other gusts recommended it. The room was well equipped, clean and included a fridge. The owner was aware of the unseasonal weather and made sure the room was pre-heated. Local amenities are sparse so be prepared to travel.

A very warm welcome from Julie as we arrived. The room was extremely comfortable and pleasant. The gardens were superb and the whole ambience was friendly, warm and relaxing (unlike the weather). The service and the food were second to none. We will definitely be back! What a find! Thank you, Julie and Kevin
