Hotel Description

A Bed and Breakfast with fantastic reviews and within 2 miles of M1 J21A. Easy to get to, lots of parking and spacious comfortable en-suite rooms. Lynn provides an excellent breakfast and there's a pool (summer) and gym. This is an ideal place to stay if you are passing Leicester, or want to see the local historical sites or simply want a base while you work in or near Leicester. Castle Farmhouse is next door to the 15th Century Kirby Muxloe castle and only a short walk from the Kirby Muxloe village centre where there's a pub serving delicious food for lunch or supper. There are two bedrooms, both ensuite, each with wardrobe space plus Wi-Fi, TV and Tea and Coffee making facilities, a hairdryer and safe. The Yellow Room has a double and a single bed and a shower ensuite. There's a sprung camp bed which can be put up too which would enable a family of 4 to be in this room. The Maroon Room has a double bed and, if a third person needs to be catered for, there is a fold-up sprung single camp-bed which can be put up. The Maroon Room has an ensuite bathroom complete with shower over the bath, bidet, loo and hand-basin. A full set of towels are provided per person and also soap/body wash/shampoo and conditioner. A Travel Cot and Toddler Potty Loo is also available as well as a High Chair. There is a large patio and garden which guests are able to enjoy and a separate small TV/Den room. No smoking is permitted indoors but it is acceptable in the garden. Castle Farmhouse has two very large old English Mastiff (Jedi Knight and Lola) and Jack Russell (George). Dogs may only stay subject to discussion and prior agreement. No dogs, however, are permitted in the bedrooms.
