Average
Average hotel for the price could do with some improvements in the rooms better towels a bit dated but for an over night stay it is adequate.

1 Night At The Old Vicarage
Pleasantly surprised.

After reading a couple of bad reviews online, things were much better than expected.

Large room, comfortable bed. TV and Wi-Fi.

Staff pleasant.

Apart from the windows needing a clean, well satisfied.

Friendly And Comfortable
Large warm comfortable family room that my daughter and I stayed in when visiting my son. Staff were very friendly and went ut of their way to be helpful. Lovely carpets and antique furniture and plenty of off-road parking. Would give 4.5 stars - would have given 5 starts if hairdryer in room (that I actually was not expecting,so another lovely touch)was not broken. Bathroom was newly fitted and pristine. Thank you - I will be back!

Cheap And Basic
We planned this trio very quickly as u wanted to do the emmerdale tour in leeds, so a quick look for a cheap b&b. Very basic with what pay for but i wasnt expecting the Ritz for £36. Cosy little room we were given, maybe does need a little rework lick of paint msybe new mattress as springs were coming through on bed but for somewhere to put your head its good. Plenty of parking at the back. In all not a bad cheap and basic b&b

Excellent amenities, clean, affordable, close to motorway, and within easy reach of Leeds or York. Staff very accommodating and therefore would certainly stay here again.

Good Value For Money.
A nice building with lots of character in a quiet area. Had a large room with comfy beds and ensuite. Bathroom could have been cleaner but overall very good value for money.

Clean, Friendly, Excellent Value
Thank you for a lovely three days. Our first night in the basement was my the best but the manager was really helpful and quickly moved us to a much better room. Basic but Clean and extremely good value. Very handy for Morley. Leeds M62. Will definitely stay here again, but not in the basement.

A Friendly, Family Run Hotel
Looking for an overnight stay this hotel ticked all the boxes for us. Parking, quiet, breakfast adequate and a good price. It\'s not the Hilton but neither are the prices. There is an very nice lounge to relax in after a long drive. A short easy drive to the centre of Leeds and friendly staff. Happy to stay again. Thank you.

Good Stay
The staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel is within easy reach of Leeds. We stayed during Slamdunk fest and they called us taxis and made sure everything ran to plan.

The room was a little small and maybe not the cleanest place I\'ve stayed but nothing major. But for the price it was well worth it!

Following a fire which destroyed the original West Stand in September 1956, a public appeal raised 60,000 towards a new one which was opened in August 1957 at a cost of 180,000.
The roof of the West Stand has a television commentary gantry and walkway for TV personnel who may be asked to film here on a matchday. The radio and press also have facilities in this stand so they can commentate direct to the public and make notes for their respective papers. This stand houses the Directors Box, where both home and away Team Directors may sit to enjoy the match, plus the Club Doctor.
