Spot On!
A very warm welcome by David and everything was as described on the website.

Rooms are spotlessly clean as are the dining room and bar areas.

Breakfast is fab (superb local produce) and the added bonus of the relaxing bar area and the friendliness of David and Diane make this a B&B worth going out of your way for:)

"simply Wonderful" a seasoned International traveller of some 40 years, THIS is the English B&B by which all others should be judged. The word 'faultless' comes to mind. A highly intelligent approach to all guest needs and comfort, with immaculate décor and cleanliness. Very high quality accommodation and breakfast menu with home made breads and cakes etc, with locally sourced produce, nothing is too much trouble for the very warm and friendly couple who own S.H. I rarely stay in the same place twice but Im looking forward to a return later this year. Excellent value for a very high quality experience...thank you David and Dianne...Graham and Nui Birmingham

Excellent Stay
We stayed at the Swanaage Haven over the Easter weekend. It is a lovely B&B with everything you need very clean and bright and the food is excellent. We had an evening meal on the Saturday and it was as good as any restaurant food we had over that weekend if not better. The hosts made us feel very welcome and at home and we would definitely stay here again.

A bed and breakfast with a warm welcome and a calm relaxing ambience. The rooms are fresh and clean with a lovely comfortable bed. Breakfast is the best we've had in a b&b with homemade bread, jams and cakes, the usual full english but some lovely surprises, like smoked salmon. In a fabulous location, local pub within walking distance, 5 min walk to beach and 10 min to town. We will definately be returning and would recommend this b&b to anyone

We have stayed at Swanage Haven B&B a few times now, and on every occasion we have always received a very warm and pleasant welcome.

The rooms are spotless and the general faciliaties are very good too.

Breaksfast is amazing and the new addition of an optional evening meal is brilliant - as the food is excellent.

We will be stopping here again!

Lovely Escape
We spent a lovely two nights at the Swanage Haven. David & Dianne had everything covered, their attention to detail was excellent and went that extra mile to make the stay extra special. We opted for one of the larger rooms on the top floor which I would recommend. The room was tastefully decorated with good facilities, including lovely locally made chocolates as a welcome gift. We didn't get chance to make use of the hot tub or spa facilities but I'm sure they are of the same high standard and excellent service. The breakfast on both days were really good with fresh local produce cooked to order along with homemade bread, cakes and pastries. We will definitely plan a return visit and recommend to our friends and family. Thanks again Dianne and David.

Recent Visit
Beautifully kept guest house, very welcoming hosts. Excellent breakfast with lots of choice - couldn't fault the food at all. Room was clean and warm (very useful as weather was cold) fluffy towels. Shower was a little difficult to work out as water was very hot and it was awkward to adjust the flow of hot and cold water. Other than that would recommend visiting.
